Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, full-time, all year round - Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our independent nursery in Farringdon (EC1A). Our setting is thoughtfully designed to encourage independence, curiosity, and child-led exploration in a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
*Maintain learning journeys and share progress with parents and carers
*Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure children are safe and secure
*Plan and deliver activities based on individual interests and development stages
*Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
*Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
*Deliver engaging, interest-led learning in line with the EYFS
About You
*Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous nursery or childcare experience
*Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
*Commitment to inclusive and outdoor learning
*Excellent communication skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
