Job Description:
Property Manager - £50k - Manchester
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Property Manager, you will oversee the management, leasing, and maintenance of an assigned property portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tenant communication, organizing property maintenance and inspections, preparing budgets, managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive landlord and tenant relationships.
Qualifications
*Experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations
*Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in budgeting, financial record-keeping, and reporting
*Knowledge of property regulations, compliance, and maintenance procedures
*Excellent organizational and time management abilities
*Familiarity with property management software and basic digital tools
*Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
*Previous experience or knowledge of real estate markets in the Manchester Area is a plus
