Job Description:
Customer Service Specialist
London | Upto £30,000 (+ flexibility for relevant experience)
We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join a well-established, international, design-led business based in London, with over 60 years of heritage.
You would be working in beautiful offices near Shoreditch, as part of a knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely collaborative team who care about delivering a high-quality experience for their clients. The business is known for its design quality, long-standing client relationships, and beautiful working environment, and offers strong benefits alongside real opportunity to grow and develop, with many team members progressing internally over time.
Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for particularly relevant industry or career backgrounds.
Exceptional Benefits include: 9% employer pension, private medical, Bupa dental, and 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
Working pattern: Office-based, with one day per week from home in the future.
The Role
This is a coordination-focused customer service role, supporting clients from initial enquiry through to completion and playing a key part in ensuring clients experience a smooth and well-managed service.
*Managing client enquiries and requests from start to finish
*Coordinating information, samples, and documentation
*Acting as a link between clients, sales, project, and technical teams
*Providing clear guidance on product and technical information
*Maintaining accurate records to support live projects
About You
You would suit this role if you are naturally organised, dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a well-run environment.
*Experience in customer service, coordination, sales support, administration, or similar
*Strong organisation and administrative skills
*Clear written and verbal communication
*Confident working with both internal teams and external clients
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Fluent written and spoken English
An interest in design is welcome but not essential. What matters most is your organisation, reliability, and pride in doing things properly.
Environment & Structure
This is a long-term opportunity within a well-established business where people are trusted, supported, and encouraged to develop over time.
