Job Description:
3 Point Recruitment are seeking a proactive and organised Accounts Receivable / Finance Administrator to join our clients team based in Coventry.
This role is being offered on a 6-9 month FTC.
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable handling responsibilities that range across Accounts Receivable & general office administration teams across Sales, Finance, and Legal, and ensuring that processes remain compliant, efficient, and well-documented!
Suitable candidates will be organised & proactive with strong communication skills and a sharp attention to detail. You will be confident working across different departments and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
Skills and Competencies
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting at all levels.
*Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution abilities.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
What’s on Offer?
In return, the business can offer a salary of £27-28k per annum plus they offer hybrid work, with 2 days per week working from home & 3 days per week based in the Coventry office.
