Job Description:
Secondary Supply Teachers Wanted: Liverpool!
We are looking for Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Liverpool. If you want to work without the stress of planning and marking, supply teaching is a great option.
We have plenty of work starting ASAP and for the Summer Term (April). We offer both day to day and long term roles.
What you need:
*QTS or QTLS (Qualified Teacher Status).
*A valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to get one).
*Flexibility and a positive attitude.
*Experience working in a UK secondary school.
Key Duties:
*Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively following school policies.
*Ensure all students remain on task and complete their set work.
*Collect completed work at the end of the lesson for the regular teacher.
*Provide a brief handover note regarding student progress and behaviour.
*Supervise students during break times or lesson transitions when required.
*Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all pupils.
*Register attendance accurately at the start of every lesson.
*Follow all safeguarding and child protection procedures strictly.
*Support students with their individual learning needs during tasks.
