Internal Account Manager

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + Bonus (up to £5,000 paid quarterly)

This business partners with print distributors, supporting high profile end users across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities of the Internal Account Manager:
*Managing and developing an existing portfolio of UK accounts of varying sizes
*Acting as the key point of contact and building long term relationships
*Keeping customers updated on new products and innovations
*Following up warm marketing leads to obtain new business
*Producing and following up quotations and samples
*Handling queries and occasional complaints along with admin duties
*Supporting bespoke customer projects
*Coordinate internally to ensure delivery expectations are met
Requirements of the Internal Account Manager:
*Has B2B sales experience in Account Management role
*Are confident following up quotations and proactively selling new products
*Ideally understands print, retail display, POS or signage industry or similar
*Has experience dealing with procurement buyers or technical specifiers
*Is highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
*Is adaptable and solution focused
*Enjoys relationship building and becoming a trusted partner
*Commercially minded, able to negotiate and understand margins
