About the RoleWe’re seeking a fast, accurate Social Media Publisher / Digital Content Specialist to support midweek publishing for a major sports brand. You’ll manage day-to-day delivery across multiple social platforms, ensuring content is scheduled, tagged, formatted, and published flawlessly. This role suits someone who thrives in high-volume environments and understands the pace, precision, and editorial demands of live sport.
Key Responsibilities*Daily publishing across major social channels
*Crafting on-brand copy and applying accurate metadata and tagging
*Community management and light fan engagement
*Delivering content quickly, accurately, and error-free
*Maintaining consistency with platform best practices and tone of voice
Key Skills & Experience*Experience working in live sport, ideally football
*Strong understanding of major social platforms and their publishing tools
*Confident copywriting and sharp editorial judgement
*Ability to work at pace without sacrificing accuracy
*Comfortable handling high-volume publishing and rapid workflows
What We’re Looking For*Fast, reliable publishers who can handle pressure and pace
*Detail-driven operators with excellent organisational skills
*Individuals who remain calm and focused during deadline-heavy windows
Requirements*Demonstrable experience in sports social, ideally football (club, league, broadcaster, or live-sport digital teams)
*Ability to work quickly with strong editorial judgement
*Understanding of tone of voice, governance, and compliance in sport
*Examples of real-time publishing, matchday support, or pitch-side capture
*Comfortable with fast-turnaround editing workflows
*Ability to collaborate within a dynamic, fast-moving content team
