Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working on behalf of a well-established client in Rotherham to recruit an experienced Payroll Coordinator on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a standalone payroll role with full ownership and the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll for approximately 300 employees across multiple sites. This is a standalone position, offering autonomy and a professional, front-facing working environment with your own office space.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing payroll for circa 300 employees across multiple locations
*Managing end-to-end payroll using Sage Payroll and timesheet systems
*Reconciling payroll reports and liaising with franchise partners for bank payments
*Handling payroll queries promptly and professionally
*Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring statutory compliance
*Providing a polished and professional front-facing presence when required
About You
*Previous payroll experience, ideally within a multi-site environment
*Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
*Experience with payroll systems and timesheet processing
*Professional, approachable, and confident dealing with employee queries
