Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity for a passionate and professional individual to join a luxury brand within the world-renowned shopping destination of Bicester Village as a Sales Assistant. Working to provide exceptional levels of one on one service using brand knowledge to inspire customer purchase.
A full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, the company is offering £25,000 -£27,000 per annum.
Duties of the role:
*Exceptional communication at all levels, including with CEO/Founder and Heasd Office.
*Meet and greet all customers.
*Offer 1:1 service within the sales journey and after care.
*Aid customers in finding their desires and support with styling.
*Use a range of selling techniques to boost sales, promote brand and product.
*Provide suggestions for products based upon the knowledge gained.
*Restock and tidy the shop floor to ensure all products accessible and available.
*Operate the tills completing sales from start to finish.
*Create a portfolio of clients and maintain and engaging, interactive and communicative service and encourage repeat business.
Attributes:
*Maintain complete professionalism during all times.
*Friendly, personable and outgoing.
*Provide outstanding customer service.
*Have experience working in Luxury Retail.
*Have a passion and interest in learning about the brand and all products.
*Be flexible with the hours worked.
*Work well as a team and operate smoothly under pressure.
