Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to work in a Team in Bury Council.

We are looking to recruit a passionate and committed Team Leader to provide interim leadership for our Keeping Families Together service within Bury Children’s Social Care and Family Help. This short-term role will provide essential stability and leadership until the end of April 2026, while we recruit to the permanent Team Leader position.
Keeping Families Together focusses on providing short-term, intensive support to children, young people and families who are experiencing multiple and complex issues. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering positive outcomes that make a real difference to children, young people and families.
As Team Leader, you will have direct responsibility for managing members of the Keeping Families Together team. You will offer high support and high challenge, ensuring high-quality, impactful intervention is provided to the right families at the right time, leading to sustainable improved outcomes.
