Location: Folkestone

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Hybrid Working: Possible
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support all aspects of HR within the business. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide comprehensive HR support across the business
*Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
*Advise managers on HR policies and employment law
*Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
*Support performance management and employee development initiatives
*Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement
Requirements
*CIPD Level 4 qualification (minimum)
*Proven HR experience in a similar role
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is desirable
