About the RoleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support students across year groups with their learning
*Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
*Assist in implementing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and EHCP targets
*Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
*Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
*Support students in small classes with a high staff-to-student ratio
You will be working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and PMLD.
The Ideal Candidate*Holds a Psychology or Criminology degree (preferred)
*Passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs
*Patient, calm, and compassionate approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*SEN, SEMH, or PMLD experience desirable but not essential
*Resilient and committed to long-term impact
