Software Developer
Surrey - Hybrid (3 Days in Office, Every Two Weeks)
£50,000 to £65,000.
A great opportunity to join a growing consultancy where you will build full stack software used across aviation, defence and public sector environments. You will work on varied, meaningful projects while enjoying autonomy, flexibility and strong technical standards.

The Role
* Deliver full stack software using Java and a modern frontend framework.
* Contribute across design, development and cloud deployment.
* Write high-quality, maintainable code and follow best practices.
* Work closely with developers and data scientists on varied projects.
* Help shape engineering standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience with Java and Spring.
* Skilled in Angular or another modern frontend framework.
* Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally Azure, plus tools such as Terraform.
* Confident working full stack and across the SDLC.
* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively.
* Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
What They Offer
* £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
* Hybrid working with 1.5 days per week onsite.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and option to buy 5 more.
* Pension matched to 5 percent.
* Five training days and five charity days per year.
* One month per year working remotely abroad.
* Annual performance-based pay review and bonus.
