You won’t just be producing figures. You’ll be ensuring the right information lands at Board level, on time, with insight that drives decisions.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Group Financial Controller
*Producing accurate consolidated management accounts and Board packs ready for review
*Delivering daily, weekly and monthly performance analysis with clear variance and root cause reporting
*Owning group cash forecasting and delivering reliable forward visibility
*Building and refining integrated financial models for budgeting and forecasting
*Standardising reporting, strengthening controls and improving month-end efficiency
*Overseeing audit processes, ledger reconciliations, credit control and payment approvals
What you’ll bring to the table as a Group Financial Controller
*Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with strong technical accounting knowledge
*Previous financial control experience within a fast-paced environment
*Experience managing multi-site finance teams, ideally with international exposure
*Advanced Excel capability and experience developing financial models
*Proven ability to maintain robust controls while meeting tight reporting deadlines

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home
