Exam Invigilators - Denton
Flexible Work | Peak Periods: May-June, October & February
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking reliable Exam Invigilators to support a secondary school in Denton during key examination periods throughout the academic year.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking for flexible, short-term work in an educational setting, particularly during the busy exam seasons in May and June, with further opportunities available in October and February.
The RoleAs an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with official regulations, helping to create a calm, fair, and supportive environment for students.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Supervising students during exams
*Distributing and collecting examination papers securely
*Reading out exam instructions clearly and accurately
*Ensuring exam regulations are followed at all times
*Responding to procedural queries (not subject-related)
*Maintaining a quiet and well-organised exam setting
Working Pattern*Casual and flexible work based around exam timetables
*Morning and/or afternoon sessions available
*Peak demand during GCSE, mock, and resit exam periods
What We’re Looking For*Reliable, punctual, and professional individuals
*Confident supervising secondary-aged students
*Calm, vigilant, and attentive to detail
*Flexible availability during exam periods
Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. However, experience working in a school or with young people would be beneficial.
