Salary: £28,000–£31,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 38 hours per week | 4 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, full-time, all year round - Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants

Responsibilities
*Provide the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children
*Lead your age group room with creativity and care
*Inspire and support your team to deliver the curriculum and uphold nursery values
*Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring smooth settling-in
*Track children’s progress with curriculum-linked observations and communicate with parents
*Champion safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive practices
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader
*Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
*Passion for nurturing children’s development and wellbeing
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Committed to professional growth and continuous improvement
*Eligible to work in the UK
