About the Role
This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a graduate seeking hands-on experience in a secondary school environment. You will work closely with teachers to deliver classroom support, targeted academic interventions and structured SEN assistance across KS3 and KS4.
Responsibilities
*Provide classroom support across core subjects
*Deliver small group intervention sessions in English and Maths
*Support students with SEN including ASD and ADHD
*Assist with lesson preparation and resource organisation
*Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
*Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Requirements
*A degree in any subject
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A genuine interest in education and youth development
*Ability to build rapport with secondary-aged students
*Experience working with young people (desirable)
