Job Description:
Family Solicitor – Doncaster
This well-established Yorkshire based firm are looking for a Private Children and Domestic Abuse Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE. The successful Family Solicitor will have extensive advocacy experience, especially in urgent cases and strong local connections with domestic abuse organisations.
Responsibilities for the Family Solicitor:
*Handle cases related to domestic abuse and private law children matters
*Provide legal advice and representation to clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
*Advocate effectively on behalf of clients, demonstrating a high level of expertise in urgent matters
*Develop and maintain strong local connections with domestic abuse organisations
*Act promptly in urgent situations, thinking on your feet to address immediate legal needs
*Collaborate with other professionals within the firm and external organisations as needed
Requirements:
*Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE
*Strong understanding of domestic abuse and private law children cases
*Extensive advocacy experience, particularly in urgent cases
*Proven ability to think on your feet and act swiftly in urgent situations
*Good local connections with domestic abuse organizations
