The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you’ll manage a varied caseload of privately and publicly funded matters, including:
*Children Act proceedings
*Divorce and separation
*Domestic abuse and injunctions
*Financial settlements (including property, pensions, maintenance and asset preservation)
*Matters involving business assets and trusts
*Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
*Separation agreements
You’ll work closely with clients during what is often a highly sensitive time, delivering practical, clear and compassionate advice.
