I am partnering with a nationally recognised The Legal 500 ranked firm to recruit a Grade A Clinical Negligence Solicitor for its Leeds office.
This is a rare and stand-out opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence lawyer to take a strategic lead role in establishing and growing a Clinical Negligence presence in Leeds, supported by a highly successful national team.

This is a well-established national firm with multiple offices across the UK and a strong reputation in Clinical Negligence and Healthcare Law. While several of its offices already boast thriving and highly regarded Clinical Negligence teams, the Leeds office presents a unique growth opportunity.
The firm is now seeking a senior-level Clinical Negligence Solicitor to spearhead and develop the offering in Leeds, with full backing from an experienced national department, established infrastructure and a recognised brand.

The Role:

You will:
*Manage a complex, high-value caseload of Clinical Negligence matters
*Bring extensive experience in birth injury and obstetric claims (essential)
*Play a key role in developing the firm’s Clinical Negligence profile in Leeds
*Support business development initiatives and build local referrer relationships
*Contribute to recruitment and future team growth
*Collaborate with established Clinical Negligence teams across other offices
The caseload will include:
*High-value birth injury and cerebral palsy claims
*Obstetric negligence matters
*Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis cases
*Surgical errors and serious treatment failures
About You:
*Grade A Solicitor/Senior Associate with extensive Clinical Negligence experience
*Strong track record handling complex and high-value birth injury claims
*Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
*Commercial awareness and business development interest
*Ambition to play a key role in growing a regional offering
*Excellent client care and technical ability
