Data Procurement & Due Diligence Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and articulate professional to join our team as a Data Procurement & Due Diligence Analyst . This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and external data providers, supporting procurement workflows, vendor management, and due diligence processes.
Key Responsibilities Due Diligence
*Conduct onboarding and ongoing due diligence for fund brokerage service providers, custodians, administrators, and other key vendors.
*Manage the end-to-end process, from initial RFQ to due diligence report production.
Procurement & Vendor Management
*Liaise with exchanges and data vendors to support procurement workflows and maintain strong relationships.
*Coordinate with Strategy Managers and Operations teams to ensure smooth procurement and governance processes.
*Manage contract renewals and monthly cost allocation workflows; familiarity with SQL required.
Skills & Qualifications *Understanding of brokerage relationships and data vendors (sell-side / buy-side).
*Ability to interpret balance sheets, policies, procedures, and controls reports, and compile management summaries.
*Experience in procurement and vendor management.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging with vendors and internal stakeholders.
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SQL (Python experience a plus).
*Interest in financial data, alternative data, or market information providers is desirable.
*Ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
