About the Role

Level: 1

Contract: 12 month FTC

Department: Operations - Client Onboarding and Maintenance

Location: - Senator House, London

The Client Onboarding and Maintenance Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth opening and maintenance of client accounts.

The role involves process ing account openings and amendments for a wide range of client types and products including General Investment Accounts, ISAs, SIPPs, Offshore Bonds, Trusts, Charities, Corporates, and QROPS.

Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard c lient accounts to the firm’s core investment management system (Figaro) .
• Quality check peer’s submissions .

Monitor departmental mailbox and update a wide range of client static data points.
• Collaborate with Front Office teams and other Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

About You
• Previous experience in an operations role within Financial Services preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., WDX, Figaro) and intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organi s ational skills, and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Investment Operations Certificate desirable but not essential.
