*Key Responsibilities
*- Leading day-to-day execution across buy-side and sell-side mandates.
*- Managing complex financial modelling, valuation materials, and process documentation.
*- Running due diligence processes and coordinating cross-functional advisers.
*- Directly interacting with clients, contributing to strategic discussions, and presenting analyses.
*- Supporting origination by preparing pitches and identifying new opportunities.
*- Coaching, developing, and overseeing Analysts and Associates.
*Ideal Candidate
*- Ideally between 6-9 years of experience in Investment Banking, with significant exposure to Healthcare M&A.
*- Demonstrated track record executing transactions, ideally with cross-border elements.
*- Advanced technical skills and the ability to independently lead work-streams.
*- Strong client management capabilities and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
*- Experience managing and developing junior team members.
*- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing team.
