Responsibilities
*Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for fixed income funds and segregated mandates.
*Coordinate the Product Governance Committee: agendas, materials, minutes and actions.
*Support complex product launches, managing timelines and multi-stakeholder delivery.
*Prepare board packs, manage service providers, and represent the firm at fund boards where required.
*Implement regulatory change across UCITS, AIFMD and MiFID II Product Governance.
*Assist with preparation and review of fund financial statements.
*Partner with Risk and Technology to maintain and enhance product data and reporting.
*Run periodic product reviews, amendments and terminations in line with policy and regulation.

Requirements
*2-4 years’ experience within investment management or the investment funds industry.
*Strong grasp of fixed income markets and instruments, including ABS/structured credit, bond yields, loans, derivatives and syndication; familiarity with SFTR impacts on fixed income.
*Knowledge of UK and Irish fund structures, UCITS funds and listed investment companies.
*Working knowledge of AIFMD, UCITS, FCA handbooks (COLL, FUNDS) and MiFID II Product Governance; exposure to regulators (e.g. FCA, Central Bank of Ireland, CSSF).
*Experience delivering projects in a product or operations environment; product governance exposure.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Proactive, ownership-minded self-starter with problem-solving aptitude.
