Key Responsibilities
*Review tender enquiries, specifications, and contract conditions.
*Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
*Undertake site visits to assess access, utilities, and local conditions.
*Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
*Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.
*Produce resourced programmes and cost summaries.
*Ensure all tenders comply with current health & safety standards.
*Support successful handover to the delivery team.
*Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and accurate records.
Requirements
*Experience in an estimating role within civil engineering or construction.
*Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
*Good understanding of health & safety requirements.
*Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
