Office Administrator – Data
6 Month Contract (Minimum) – Potential to Extend
Up to £30,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week
If you are highly organised, detail-focused and enjoy working with data in a structured environment, this is a strong opportunity to join a well-established global manufacturing business on a minimum six-month contract.
This role gives you stability, clear structure and the chance to contribute to a technical, performance-driven environment where accuracy genuinely matters. For the right person, there may also be the opportunity to extend beyond the initial term.
The opportunity
You will support the business by ensuring data is accurately entered, maintained and managed across internal systems. Working closely with internal departments, you will play a key role in keeping information reliable, organised and up to date.
This is a position where your attention to detail directly supports operational performance and decision making.
What you will be doing and why it matters
In this role, you will:
*Accurately input and update results into internal databases, ensuring reliable reporting
*Maintain and organise electronic records, improving accessibility and efficiency
*Carry out data quality checks to protect accuracy and reduce errors
*Support the wider team with administrative tasks linked to data management
*Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies quickly
*Handle confidential information responsibly and in line with company procedures
*Ensure deadlines are met consistently, supporting smooth workflow
Your work ensures that data remains clean, accurate and usable across the business.
What you will bring
This role will suit you if you have:
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* The ability to organise workload and meet deadlines
* Clear communication skills
* A reliable, punctual and professional approach
* ICT Level II or III is advantageous, but proven practical experience in Excel is equally valuable.
