Job Description:
If you know how a helpdesk should run - tight, responsive, accountable - and you’re frustrated by poor systems, missed SLAs or lack of ownership, this Senior Facilities Coordinator role gives you full control of the engine room. You won’t just supervise. You’ll set the standard.
This is your opportunity to lead a busy facilities management helpdesk supporting commercial contracts, where performance, client satisfaction and operational flow all sit firmly under your remit. It’s hands-on, visible and genuinely influential.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Senior Facilities Coordinator
*Overseeing day-to-day helpdesk and dispatch operations, including out-of-hours coordination
*Monitoring SLAs and producing clear, accurate performance reports
*Managing the full quotation process from issue to financial approval
*Overseeing maintenance contract administration and service documentation
*Acting as escalation point for operational and client issues
*Working closely with Contract Managers to streamline service delivery and improve flow
What you’ll bring to the table as a Senior Facilities Coordinator
*Previous experience within a fast-paced FM or building services helpdesk environment
*Experience leading or supervising helpdesk or dispatch teams
*Strong working knowledge of SLAs and performance reporting
*Confidence producing operational and financial reports
*Clear understanding of statutory compliance and HSQE requirements
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
