We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Rickmansworth.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 months’ estate agency experienceOR a Trainee looking for their first role in Estate Agency with very strong customer service and sales skills.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits for the role of Sales Negotiator:
*Basic £20,000 - £23,000 DOE
*OTE £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
*Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm
*1 Saturday off per month with a day back in lieu
*5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Canvassing to bring on new properties
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Developing relationships
*Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
*Booking appointments
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:
*At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry OR very strong customer service and sales skills
*High level of customer service skills.
*Well-spoken with good telephone manner
*Well presented
*Target driven and ambitious
*The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
*Highly motivated
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
