Nursery Room Leader – Ealing, London W5
Salary: Starting at £29,000 per year / £13.95 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications, and hours)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday | Shifts between 8am–6pm
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round

Responsibilities of the Nursery Room Leader
*Support the nursery to perform at a high standard, ensuring all EYFS and legislative requirements are met
*Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments
*Ensure the safety and welfare of children through strong safeguarding knowledge
*Implement EYFS with a good understanding of child development
*Report concerns to senior staff or relevant services
*Work in partnership with parents and external partners to support children’s growth
*Maintain a positive and professional attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors
About You
*Level 3+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Room Leader
*Positive attitude with creative ideas to inspire learning
*Passionate about delivering high standards of care and education for all children
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers
*Eligible to work in the UK
