Finance Business Partner
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Trinity House Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading multi-academy trust for a talented Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a strategic role in supporting educational excellence through financial leadership.
The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll lead financial operations across a group of academies, working closely with Headteachers and Education Directors to shape budgets, monitor performance, and drive financial sustainability. You’ll provide insightful analysis, ensure compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead budget planning and financial forecasting
*Produce monthly management accounts and performance reports
*Advise on financial strategy and scenario planning
*Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
*Build strong relationships with academy leaders and stakeholders
*Line manage and develop the finance hub team
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW)
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, including business partnering
*Strong analytical and communication skills
*Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
*Passion for education and public service
