Estimator – Drylining
Wallington (South London)
£55,000 – £70,000 + Package | Permanent
A busy and well-established drylining contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who can price confidently, work at pace, and support the business in winning and delivering profitable projects across London and the South East.
The role will include:
*Preparing accurate tenders for drylining / SFS / partitioning / ceilings packages
*Taking off quantities from drawings and specifications
*Reviewing scopes, identifying risks/opportunities, and ensuring correct inclusions/exclusions
*Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to build competitive packages
*Supporting handover into the commercial and delivery teams
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience estimating within drylining / interiors (essential)
*Strong tendering and commercial awareness
*Confident reading drawings and working to deadlines
*Detail-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple bids at once
