Description
The VP Corporate Banking and Loan Lawyer will be:
*Advising on a broad range of syndicated and bilateral loan transactions

*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex facility agreements and related documentation

*Providing strategic legal advice to lending and credit teams

*Supporting regulatory compliance across lending products

*Contributing to the development and improvement of legal processes within the loans function

Profile
The VP Corporate Banking and Loan Lawyer should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with significant banking and finance experience

*Experienced in syndicated and/or bilateral lending transactions

*Familiar with UK and ideally cross-border lending frameworks

*Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills

*Comfortable operating at senior level within a regulated environment
