Early Years Practitioner – Brighton BN3
Salary: £14.00 per hour / £29,120pa (depending on age, qualification, and experience)
Hours: 4 days/week | 40 hours | 7:30am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, full-time, all year round - Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our small and friendly nursery in Brighton (BN3).
This role is based within our small Pre-School room and is ideal for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable practitioner who is eager to make a positive impact on children’s early learning. This role is suitable for both newly qualified practitioners and those seeking to grow their experience within a supportive team.

Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality early education for children aged 3–4 years
*Act as a key person, observing and supporting children’s development
*Plan and lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities
*Build strong relationships with children, families, and the nursery team
*Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
*Contribute ideas to continuously enhance the learning environment
About You
*Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Experience working in an early years or nursery setting
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Passionate about inclusive, child-centred learning
*Eligible to work in the UK
