UK based (Midlands preferred) | EMEA travel | Permanent
£130,000–£160,000 base + bonus (OTE £200k+)
A leading international manufacturer in fibre, cabling and network infrastructure is hiring a VP Sales, EMEA to drive regional growth and raise sales performance across a highly competitive market.
Reporting to the CCO, you’ll lead multi-country teams across account management and new business, embedding a consistent operating rhythm and delivering measurable revenue uplift.
Key focus
*Grow EMEA revenue across fibre / cabling / network infrastructure solutions
*Lead and coach regional sales teams (AM + BD)
*Drive pipeline discipline, forecasting and conversion
*Strengthen strategic account plans and customer expansion
*Support market expansion and partner/channel growth
What we’re looking for
*Senior EMEA sales leadership experience in telecoms / fibre / cabling / infrastructure (or closely aligned)
*Proven track record of growth and performance improvement
*Strong stakeholder management at executive level
*Data-led, structured leader with pace and accountability
