Supply Planner
Location: Folkestone / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive + benefits
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract
We are recruiting for a Supply Planner to join a well-established, global manufacturing organisation on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Planner/Supply Planner/Materials Planner to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for managing supply plans for allocated brands, working closely with global manufacturers, and ensuring product availability while optimising inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
*Create and manage supply plans using SAP
*Raise and manage purchase orders and maintain MRP data
*Monitor inventory levels and minimise excess or obsolete stock
*Liaise with contract manufacturers and co-packers
*Support new product introductions
*Manage forecast changes and demand updates
*Prepare inventory, KPI, and operational reports
*Support and contribute to the S&OP process
*Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Fulfilment, and global supply chain teams
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a Supply Planner, Supply Chain Planner, Materials Planner, or similar role
*Experience using SAP and MRP systems
*Strong Excel and analytical skills
*Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
*Experience working in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly desirable
