We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive high-impact change across a dynamic portfolio for a leading Financial Services organisation. This 12-month fixed-term role offers hybrid working and flexible arrangements to support work-life balance.
What You’ll Do*Lead business analysis across the full change lifecycle

*Define scope and produce high-level requirements documentation

*Model and improve business processes

*Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to delivered solutions

*Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans

*Collaborate with architects and delivery teams

*Mentor junior analysts and champion best practice

What You’ll Bring*Strong process modelling expertise

*Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

*Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments

*Ability to produce high-quality analysis artefacts

*Experience working in complex, matrix organisations
