The successful Teaching Assistant will have:*Experience supporting children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
*An understanding of current educational practices and classroom support strategies
*Awareness of working within a multicultural environment
*Understanding of equal opportunities and inclusive classroom practice
*Knowledge of, or willingness to engage with, extended school programmes
