Job Description:
Are you a Project Coordinator with a keen eye for detail, looking for a role where your organisational skills are central to the success of complex technical projects?
Our client, a well-established manufacturer and installations solutions provider is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of project delivery, working closely with Project Managers to keep complex projects on track.
Your role directly impacts how efficiently projects are delivered and how well customers are supported throughout their project lifecycle, making your work meaningful and impactful every day. This position would suit someone with strong administrative skills, confidence working with technical information and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Working closely with the Project Managers to keep projects on schedule, proactively identifying potential delays and helping to resolve any urgent issues.
*Acting as a key link between the production teams, installation crews and customers, ensuring everyone has the correct information and is kept up to date.
*Providing the production teams with the accurate drawings and specifications they need to manufacture and order materials on time.
*Managing the logistics for site deliveries, booking and adjusting them to meet specific project requirements.
*Preparing essential safety documents for our installation teams, including site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
*Helping to manage project budgets by carefully recording any variations to the original plan.
*Being a helpful and reliable point of contact for customers, answering their queries and providing support.
*Keeping clear and accurate records for each project, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date from start to finish.
Who They’re Looking For:
*Knowledge of project lifecycles and project management processes
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
*Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
*Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
*IT literate with proficiency in standard office software and portal systems
*Passion and pride in delivering quality work and supporting project success
*Desirable: experience in manufacturing or construction.
