We’re recruiting a high-calibre BDM to drive kitchen package sales into high-rise residential developments across Manchester and the wider North West.
This is not retail.
This is specification-led, project-driven, developer-facing sales.

The Role*Win new high-rise residential projects (apartments, PRS, student accommodation)
*Target Developers, Main Contractors, and Design & Build firms
*Secure kitchen package specifications pre-construction
*Attend pre-start and design meetings
*Work closely with estimating and project teams
*Manage commercial negotiations on multi-unit contracts
You’ll be responsible for pipeline generation and revenue growth across the region.
What We’re Looking For Experience selling kitchens or interior packages into residential developments
Strong relationships within Manchester / North West construction market
Proven ability to win multi-unit contracts
Confident engaging with Commercial Directors & Project Managers
Strong understanding of tender processes and construction timelines
Full UK driving licence
