London & South West London (Remote / Field-Based)
£40,000 – £55,000 Base
£90,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
Remote Role | Site & Client Visits Required
We’re hiring a true new business BDM for a growing construction labour supply business operating across London and the South West corridor.
This is not a servicing role.
This is a win-new-accounts, open-doors, build-relationships role.
If you know how to walk onto a site, speak to a Contracts Manager, and turn a conversation into a PSL agreement — this will suit you.
The Role*Win new construction clients across London & SW London
*Target subcontractors, main contractors and developers
*Secure labour supply agreements (trades & operatives)
*Attend site meetings and pre-start meetings
*Build long-term commercial relationships
*Work closely with delivery/resourcing teams to fill roles fast
You’ll have delivery support — your job is revenue generation.
Who This Is For Proven experience in construction recruitment or labour supply sales
Comfortable selling to Contracts Managers / Commercial Managers
Strong understanding of trades & labour market
Confident negotiating rates and margins
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Full UK driving licence
Who This Is NOT For Someone who only manages existing accounts
Anyone uncomfortable with cold outreach
People who don’t understand construction site dynamics
