£40,000 – £55,000 Base
£90,000+ OTE
A high-growth SaaS business specialising in payroll and compliance software for SMEs is expanding its sales team.
This role targets Finance Directors, Payroll Managers and SME owners who need automation and compliance clarity.
Your Focus*New logo acquisition
*Full-cycle SaaS sales
*Managing 3–6 month sales cycles
*Selling value, not discounts
Ideal Background Payroll software / compliance tech / fintech experience preferred
Confident selling into finance decision-makers
Comfortable handling objections and compliance discussions
Proven revenue performance
Strong commission structure and realistic earning potential.
