Job Description:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? ADM in Stafford is looking for motivated individuals to join our team on our night shift.
What You’ll Do:
*Operate state-of-the-art processing and packing equipment with advanced manufacturing recipe management systems.
*Inspect and maintain safety standards (LOTO) and quality parameters (HACCP/GMP).
*Execute safe start-up and shutdown procedures for equipment.
*Prepare essential production documents, including manufacturing records, quality logs, and productivity reports.
*Perform Autonomous Maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspection, and adhering to prescribed standards.
*Maintain equipment performance by understanding its structure and functions, while identifying and resolving abnormalities
*Collaborate with a team or work independently to solve problems using Continuous Improvement tools like RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and the 5 Whys method.
*Ensure full compliance with Company Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
What We’re Looking For:
*Candidates with experience working in FMCG environments ideally within the Food and Beverage Industry.
*Educated to GCSE level.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
*Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
*A proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
*Candidates with a proven right to work in the UK.
Working hours -
???????Week 1: Sunday 19:00 – 07:00, Monday 19:00 – 07:00, Tuesday 19:00 – 07:00, Wednesday 19:00 – 07:00.
Week 2: Monday 19:00 – 07:00, Tuesday 19:00 – 07:00, Wednesday 19:00 – 07:00.
