£40,000 – £55,000 Base
£85,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
We’re hiring a proven B2B new business hunter for a growing Manchester-based HR Tech platform helping SMEs streamline hiring, onboarding and workforce management.
This is a full-cycle role targeting HR Directors, People Managers and SME founders.
The Role*Win new SME clients across the UK
*Generate and manage your own pipeline
*Deliver product demos
*Close and negotiate commercial agreements
*Consistently exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For 3+ years B2B sales experience
Experience selling SaaS or HR-related solutions
Strong outbound prospecting ability
Track record of hitting target
