We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join their team on an afternoon shift. This is a hands-on role working independently to maintain cleanliness across production and industrial areas that naturally become dirty throughout the day due to the type of product manufactured.
Key Responsibilities *Completing thorough cleaning of production areas, including heavily exposed industrial zones.
*Carrying out both planned and reactive cleaning activities across the site.
*Using a variety of cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively.
*Ensuring all cleaning work meets strict internal quality, safety, and audit standards.
*Maintaining accurate records of cleaning tasks completed.
*Working independently to manage your workload and prioritise areas requiring attention.
*Following all health & safety procedures in what is a highly safety-focused workplace.
*Supporting wider site teams where required to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You *Comfortable working in industrial areas that can become dirty through daily production activity.
*Able to work independently and use initiative.
*Reliable, committed, and safety-conscious.
*Previous industrial cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
