Sales Executive
£25,000 - £35,000pa

As Sales Executive, you’ll deliver a personalised and elevated shopping experience, building genuine relationships with customers and driving sales through a consultative approach. You’ll be confident working towards targets, handling higher-value transactions, and supporting junior team members when needed.
As part of the role, you’ll be required to work Saturdays with a day off provided during the week in lieu.
Key responsibilities for Sales Executive
*Deliver a premium, tailored customer experience from first interaction through to aftercare
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships
*Proactively drive individual sales performance
*Confidently handle higher-value sales and customer queries
*Support visual standards and maintain the overall store presentation
*Assist in coaching and guiding Junior Sales Advisors
We’re looking for someone with:
*Proven experience within luxury or premium retail or experienced in sales process
*Confidence managing the full sales journey independently
*A strong track record of working towards and achieving targets
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A polished, professional approach
*The ability to build repeat business and long-term client relationships
*Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
*A team player who can support and guide more junior colleagues
