Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:


* Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts
* Handling technology, IT and data protection matters
* Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
* Supporting clients across sectors including technology and retail
* Managing matters autonomously from instruction to completion
* Assisting with supervision and mentoring of junior lawyers
* Contributing to business development initiatives


Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:


* A solicitor with around 3-8 years PQE
* Experienced in commercial contracts and technology matters
* Confident advising on data protection issues
* Comfortable managing their own caseload
* Able to supervise junior team members
* Commercially minded with strong client facing skills
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.
*25 days of holiday leave.
