Our client, an award-winning flexible working space, has an exciting opportunity for a Workspace Manager to join their team!
The role:
*Site lead, ensuring everything runs smoothly
*Operations lead – billing, reporting, rotas, performance management etc
*Training, support and coaching team members
*Ensuring workspace is safe and meets health & Safety guidelines
*Manage supplier and contractor relationship
Key skills/experience:
*Management experience in hospitality, customer service or a similar environment
*Excellent communication skills
*A proactive, solution-focused approach
*Strong organisational, reliability and time management skills
