North West (Manchester based)

We are working with a growing and well-established asbestos consultancy in the North West who are looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support continued expansion across the region, with occasional UK-wide travel.
This is not just another surveying role. The business is actively looking to develop the right individual into a future senior or management position as part of its succession planning.
The Role
You will carry out a range of asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys across commercial, industrial and public sector sites. Projects are primarily across the North West, with some UK travel depending on workload and client requirements.
You will be joining a company that is investing in growth and looking for someone who wants to grow with it.
Requirements
*BOHS P402 qualified (essential)
*Minimum 3+ years’ experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
*Strong understanding of HSG264 and current legislation
*Full UK driving licence
*Professional, client-facing approach
*Ambition to progress beyond surveying over time
P403 / P404 would be advantageous but not essential.
