Primary School Site Manager
We are seeking a reliable, practical and friendly Caretaker to join our happy and welcoming Primary school team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean and well-presented environment for our pupils, staff and visitors. this is a temporary role starting ASAP and is long term to permanent.
Key responsibilities include:
*Day-to-day site maintenance and minor repairs
*Opening and closing the school premises
*Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
*Managing cleaning, waste and basic grounds maintenance
*Liaising with contractors and reporting issues as needed
We are looking for someone who:
*Is practical, proactive and dependable
*Takes pride in maintaining buildings and outdoor spaces
*Can work independently and manage their time effectively
*Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a school environment
Previous caretaking or maintenance experience is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.
