Job Description:
Our growing client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their busy workshop and Service Team. They are looking for someone that has experience in a workshop environment.
*Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 DOE
*Fast paced, high volume environment
*Delivering excellent customer service, booking vehicles in for services, repairs and MOTs
*Coordinate bookings with customer and workshop availability
*Touch base with dormant customers and ensure recent customer satisfaction
*Be the point of contact for customers regarding work required, payment through to completion
* Maintain Customer records and service reception area
